The appointee will join a team of other lecturers who are primarily responsible for teaching the BSc Human Nutrition programme and also contribute to other programmes within the School. The post holder will have research interests aligned with the research strategy of the UCD Institute of Food and Health, a major campus-wide initiative at University College Dublin to develop and conduct world class, multidisciplinary research into food and health. The Institute has strong focus on both Public Health Nutrition and Molecular Nutrition Research, contributing to the Personalised Nutrition and Health theme of the Institute.
